he band went into the recording studio in December 2008 to write, record and produce their next studio album to be released in July 14, 2009. The band stated on March 13, 2009 that their new record Tri-Polar is getting very close to being finished.
Recently they have been broadcasting their in studio rehearsals and answering fan questions live on the website ustream.tv every Wednesday night at 8:00PM EST[1]. They also wrote a song for Capcom’s video game Street Fighter IV called Street Fighter (War) and it has been used in the advertisements and promotion only for the game[2]. This song has also reached the top 40 on the iTunes top rock songs. Street Fighter (War) was used during the Washington Capitals 2009 Stanley Cup playoffs introduction video. [3] Their first single off Tripolar, “You’re Going Down” was used as the theme song for the WWE pay per view “Extreme Rules” in June 2009.
